TeacherFly Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TeacherFly, including the TeacherFly website at teacherfly.app, its web application, artificial-intelligence-powered content-generation features, Library, downloads, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
TeacherFly is operated by Göran Robson, an individual based in the Philippines (“TeacherFly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing TeacherFly, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a TeacherFly account. TeacherFly is designed primarily for teachers, tutors, independent educators, and other adult users who create educational or promotional content.
TeacherFly may generate educational content intended for children or younger learners, but TeacherFly accounts are not intended for children. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
2. Controlled Beta
TeacherFly is currently offered as a Controlled Beta. Beta software may contain errors, incomplete features, interruptions, inaccurate outputs, or functionality that changes without notice.
Features may be added, removed, redesigned, restricted, or temporarily unavailable as TeacherFly is tested and improved. Participation in the Controlled Beta does not guarantee continued access to TeacherFly or to any particular feature after the Beta ends.
We may impose limits on the number of generations, stored items, files, or other features available to Beta users.
3. Beta Credits and Usage Limits
TeacherFly may provide Beta users with generation credits or other usage allowances. Beta credits:
- have no cash or monetary value;
- cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or treated as property;
- are provided solely as a mechanism for controlling access to Beta functionality; and
- may expire, reset, change, or be discontinued.
TeacherFly may adjust Beta usage limits where reasonably necessary to manage service availability, testing, security, capacity, or operating costs.
4. Accounts and Authentication
Some TeacherFly features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through it.
TeacherFly may support authentication through email/password and third-party identity providers such as Google. You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account and must not impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorized to use.

5. What TeacherFly Does
TeacherFly uses artificial intelligence and other software systems to help educators create content. Depending on the features available, TeacherFly may generate or assist with materials including scripts, hooks, calls to action, captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, subtitles, worksheets, educational exercises, visual or content suggestions, and other related material.
TeacherFly may allow users to store generated content in a personal Library and download generated assets. The specific features available may change during Beta.
6. Artificial Intelligence
TeacherFly uses third-party artificial-intelligence technology, including Google Gemini, to produce or assist with generated content.
AI-generated content is probabilistic. The same or similar instructions may produce different outputs, and different users may receive similar or identical outputs.
TeacherFly does not guarantee that AI-generated material will be accurate, complete, unique, error-free, suitable for a particular learner, legally compliant, pedagogically appropriate, culturally appropriate, or free from third-party intellectual-property claims.
7. Educational Responsibility
TeacherFly is a content-creation tool and does not replace a teacher's professional judgment. You are responsible for determining whether generated content is suitable for your intended students, audience, educational level, jurisdiction, platform, and purpose. TeacherFly does not guarantee any particular educational outcome.
8. Business and Marketing Results
TeacherFly is intended to help educators reduce the time involved in creating content and maintaining an online presence. However, TeacherFly does not guarantee that generated content will attract students; receive views, engagement, followers, leads, or inquiries; increase revenue or teaching income; perform successfully on any social-media platform; or achieve any business, marketing, educational, or financial objective.
Your business and marketing results depend on factors outside TeacherFly's control.
9. User Content
“User Content” means prompts, topics, instructions, text, settings, materials, or other content you submit to TeacherFly. You retain any ownership rights you already have in your User Content.
You grant TeacherFly a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, temporarily reproduce, store, format, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the Service. This license does not give TeacherFly ownership of your User Content.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content to TeacherFly and that doing so does not unlawfully violate the rights of another person.
10. Generated Content
As between you and TeacherFly, TeacherFly does not claim ownership of the specific generated content provided to you through your account, except for TeacherFly's underlying software, systems, templates, branding, technology, interfaces, and other proprietary materials.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use, edit, publish, reproduce, and commercially use generated content produced for you. However, AI-generated material may not always qualify for copyright or other intellectual-property protection under applicable law.
TeacherFly does not guarantee that generated content is unique. Other users may receive the same or similar content. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
11. Student and Sensitive Personal Information
TeacherFly is not intended to be used as a student-record system. You must not intentionally submit identifiable personal information about individual students or children through TeacherFly prompts or content-generation fields.
In particular, you must not submit information such as a student's full name together with identifying educational information, contact details, home address, identification numbers, private student records, medical information, disability or health records, passwords, financial information, authentication credentials, or other sensitive or confidential personal information.
When creating material for students, describe the intended audience generically, for example, “10-year-old beginner English learners,” rather than identifying a specific child.
TeacherFly may suspend use where we reasonably believe the Service is being used to process prohibited personal information.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use TeacherFly to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate another person, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, distribute malware, interfere with TeacherFly's infrastructure, evade usage restrictions, reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the Service for fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or unlawful activity.
You may not attempt to bypass generation quotas, authentication controls, account restrictions, security measures, or other technical safeguards.
13. Third-Party Platforms
TeacherFly may help create content intended for third-party services such as social-media platforms. TeacherFly is not affiliated with or responsible for those platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your use of third-party services remains governed by their own terms, policies, advertising rules, community standards, and other requirements. TeacherFly does not guarantee that generated content complies with every third-party platform rule.
14. Third-Party Service Providers
TeacherFly relies on third-party infrastructure and technology providers to operate the Service. These may include providers of authentication, databases, file storage, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, identity services, security, email, and related technical services.
Availability of TeacherFly may therefore depend partly on services outside our direct control.
15. TeacherFly Intellectual Property
TeacherFly and its underlying software, source code, architecture, interfaces, design, branding, logos, trademarks, workflows, generation systems, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by TeacherFly or its licensors.
Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no ownership rights in TeacherFly's underlying technology are transferred to you. You may not use the TeacherFly name, logo, or branding in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
16. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback regarding TeacherFly, you permit TeacherFly to use that feedback to develop and improve the Service without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not transfer ownership of your separately submitted educational content or Library materials.
17. Privacy
TeacherFly's collection and processing of personal information is described in the TeacherFly Privacy Policy. By using TeacherFly, you acknowledge that operation of the Service requires processing certain information as described in that policy.
18. Account Suspension
TeacherFly may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect TeacherFly or other users; investigate suspected misuse or security incidents; enforce these Terms; comply with legal obligations; prevent abuse of Beta resources or generation quotas; or address conduct that creates material risk to the Service.
Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to distinguish accidental technical problems from intentional misuse.
19. Account Deletion
TeacherFly provides an account-deletion function through the Service. Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the user's TeacherFly account and associated user-specific data from TeacherFly's active systems, subject to limited information that may need to be retained where required by law, security obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or technical backup cycles.
Account deletion is irreversible. Users should download any content they wish to keep before deleting their account.
20. Ending Your Use of TeacherFly
You may stop using TeacherFly at any time. TeacherFly may discontinue the Controlled Beta or the Service, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary.
If TeacherFly later introduces paid subscriptions, separate billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms may apply. The current free Controlled Beta does not create an entitlement to future free service.
21. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability. TeacherFly may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, software errors, third-party outages, infrastructure failures, security incidents, capacity limits, testing, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TeacherFly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the Controlled Beta.
TeacherFly does not make warranties that the Service will always be available, error-free, accurate, secure against every possible threat, compatible with every device or browser, or suitable for every educational or commercial purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or protections that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TeacherFly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or purely economic losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of audience engagement, loss of generated content, or reliance on AI-generated material.
You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of important content you intend to preserve.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer or privacy law.
24. Responsibility for Your Use
You are responsible for your use of TeacherFly, the prompts and materials you submit, the generated content you choose to publish or use, and compliance with laws and third-party rights applicable to your activities.
You agree not to hold TeacherFly responsible for consequences resulting solely from your unlawful use of the Service, unauthorized submission of third-party personal information, or publication of generated content without appropriate review.
25. Changes to the Service
TeacherFly is under active development. We may modify features, technical architecture, AI providers, limits, workflows, interfaces, storage systems, or Beta functionality.
Material changes affecting user rights or privacy will be reflected in updated Terms or privacy notices where required.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in TeacherFly, applicable law, security requirements, business operations, or third-party services. The updated Terms will show a revised effective date.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it. Continued use of TeacherFly after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws in your jurisdiction provide rights or protections that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer or data subject of mandatory rights available under applicable law.
28. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the TeacherFly Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular feature, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service during the Controlled Beta.
